Professor Toshimitsu Yokobori of Advanced Comprehensive Research Organization will appear on BS Asahi's "“One’s way”- Seekers of Knowledge" program.

Professor Toshiaki Yokobori of Advanced Comprehensive Research Organization our university, will appear on the full-scale documentary program "“One’s way”- Seekers of Knowledge," which will be broadcast from 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Clarifying the destruction mechanisms of materials used in the buildings and structures around us, such as aircraft, automobiles, and power plants, and linking them to safety in our lives is the study of material strength. Professor Yokobori has been conducting cross-sectional research and elucidating various phenomena in material strength. With the goal of "ensuring safety and security around the world," he has conducted repeated experiments using original testing equipment and developed a unique theory for predicting the lifespan of materials. His research activities aim to improve safety in a wide range of fields, from airplane jet engines, thermal power turbines, and even hydrogen cars, the next generation of energy.
The BS Asahi program "“One’s way”- Seekers of Knowledge" will introduce the work of Professor Yokobori, a material strength scientist who continues to tackle research every day to support the safety and security of the world.
