Teikyo University offers step-by-step Support for Career Development starting from the moment of enrollment. In the spring of their first year, students take an assessment test, a career design tool, to analyze themselves and set future goals. Career-related courses organized by year support students in developing employability and improving basic social skills. To create a career support center where students can "see each other," in addition to the traditional student interviews by nationally qualified career advisors, the center offers a wide range of student support through collaboration between faculty and staff, including the establishment of student consultation slots by staff, walk-in consultations, and the activities of the Career Support Committee.

Features of career support

Individual student support

The Career Support Center provides support that is close to each student. It is an environment where you can consult with foreign students and students with disabilities as well as individual consultations by professional career advisors.

By thinking about your career path from the first and 2nd year and acting voluntarily, you can quickly cultivate the basic skills of a working member of society. In addition, since many companies and organizations with a strong desire to hire from Teikyo University participate in joint company briefings that gather excellent companies from all over the country, students can efficiently find companies that suit them. can.
