How to apply for various certificates at Hachioji Campus
Please check that you may need a copy of your power of attorney or ID card during the procedure, or it may take a few days to issue it.
* Those who have graduated from the former Teikyo Women's Junior College (Hachioji Campus) should also check this page before applying.
Important Notices
Regarding access to campus on the 2026 entrance examination day
At the Hachioji Campus, entrance exams will be held on the following dates. On the day of the examination, entry to the premises is prohibited except for those involved in the entrance examination. Please note that we do not handle office work.
* If you wish to issue a certificate on the same day, please complete the payment by 16:00 on weekdays and 11:30 on Saturdays. (However, only when applying for a certificate that can be issued on the same day)
* Excluding Sundays, national holidays, the founding anniversary (June 29th), New Year's holiday (December 29th to January 3rd), university festival holidays, entrance exam days, and other office closing days.

* Scheduled to be issued from around the end of April (issued sequentially from health checkup examinees), details such as the issue start date will be notified on the bulletin board as soon as it is decided.
* Those with a medical opinion should apply at the Student Support Office, Student Support Division, and the medical opinion will be issued two days later.
